Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026 ยท over:heard is a service of wise:able (France).

1. The service

over:heard is a brand-reputation monitoring service: it collects publicly available media content, groups it into stories, produces assessments and advisories, and provides team workflow, sharing, API and webhook features depending on your plan.

2. Accounts & plans

You register with a company name, email and password. New accounts start a 7-day free trial with full features; after the trial, access requires a paid plan (Desk, Newsroom or Partner). Plan limits (monitored brands, users, included advisories) are enforced automatically; monitoring itself is unlimited โ€” mentions are never billed. Subscriptions are billed monthly by Stripe and can be cancelled anytime (effective at period end). On the Partner plan, adding or removing a monitored brand automatically adjusts the billed quantity (minimum 5 brands), taking effect on the next invoice. Every brand is billed, including a sub-brand of a domain you already own: verifying a domain covers all the brands underneath it, it does not make them free. Advisories beyond the included volume are billed at the published per-advisory rate. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe third-party rights, monitor individuals unrelated to your legitimate business interest, resell without a Partner plan, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. API credentials are confidential and your responsibility.

4. Content & advisories

Mentions are excerpts of publicly available third-party content; rights remain with their publishers. Assessments, advisories and suggested communications are decision-support only โ€” they are not legal, financial or PR advice, and you remain solely responsible for what you publish. Public share links you create are your responsibility; you can revoke them at any time.

5. Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted availability or of exhaustive media coverage. To the maximum extent permitted by law, wise:able's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim; wise:able is not liable for indirect damages.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. wise:able may suspend accounts for non-payment or breach of these terms. Upon closure, your data is deleted after a reasonable retention period.

7. Changes & law

These terms may evolve; material changes are announced on this page. French law applies; competent courts are those of wise:able's registered office, subject to mandatory consumer rules.
