The data controller is wise:able (France), operating over:heard. Contact via wiseable.io.
Account data: company, names, email addresses, hashed passwords, plan and billing status (card data is handled by Stripe, never by us). Usage data: portal actions needed to run the service (assignments, shares, notification preferences, push subscriptions). Monitoring content: excerpts of publicly available media content matching your monitoring profile, which may incidentally contain personal data appearing in the press (e.g. names of executives).
We process this data to provide the contracted service (contract), to bill (contract/legal obligation), to send service notifications you control (contract/consent), and to secure the platform (legitimate interest). We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
We rely on Amazon Web Services (hosting, us-east-1, with EU-approved safeguards), Stripe (payments), and Amazon SES (email). Public share pages are visible to anyone holding the link until revoked or expired.
Account data is kept for the life of the account and deleted after closure. Monitoring content is retained for the service's operational window. Backups follow the same lifecycle.
Under the GDPR you may access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, and object to certain processing. Contact us via wiseable.io; you may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL. Press content quoted in mentions remains under the editorial responsibility of its original publisher.
Data is encrypted in transit, credentials are stored hashed, secrets are held in AWS SSM, and tenant data is strictly segregated per account.
